摘要
Z3040型摇臂钻床是当代工业机械加工中一种常用的机床,其电气控制线路复杂,使用继电器多,导致机床在使用时出现不稳定、不可靠等一系列问题,给使用与维护带来诸多麻烦.针对这种情况,利用PLC对摇臂钻床电气系统进行改造.本文阐述了Z3040摇臂钻床的控制要求及电气控制线路分析,并详细介绍了采用三菱FX2N-32MR型PLC对Z3040型摇臂钻床电气控制线路进行改造的具体方法.实践证明改造后的电气控制系统运行时稳定性与可靠性有显著的提高,有效的提高了整个生产效率,在生产实践中有很大的推广意义.
Z3040 radial drilling machine type is a commonly used tool of contemporary industrial machining. Its the electrical control circuit complexity and the use of multiple relays, lead to instability and unreliability series of problems in using the machine and maintaining. The use of PLC for radial drilling machine electrical system transformation could deal with such problem. This paper describes the control requirements Z3040 radial drilling machine and electrical control circuit analysis, and discusses details the specific method of using Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR PLC type to improve Z3040 type radial drilling machine electrical control circuit. Results have proved that after the transformation of the electrical control system operation, its stability and reliability have improved significantly, which effectively improves the efficiency of the entire production, which is great of significance to promote the production practice.
