摘要
自1898年美国材料与试验协会(ASTM)成立到现在,已经有100多年的历史,其发展历程给我国目前开展的团体标准工作有很多启示。要做好颗粒团体标准,我们应该从ASTM的发展历程上汲取经验,并与我国社会主义现代化建设和实现中国梦有机结合,充分利用过程方法管理标准研制每一个过程,以高质量的团体标准为核心竞争力,争取在不久的将来,形成几个甚至十几个在国际上有影响的团体标准化组织。
American Society for Testing and Materials（ASTM） was found in 1898. Its more than 100 years of development history gives us enough inspiration for the development of community standard system for particles. We should learn from its success, and moreover, harmonize with the development of China socialist construction modernization and China Dream, make good use of process approach to manage every single process, and insist on high quality to build the core competitiveness. Take 20-30 years, try to set up several or dozens of highly influential international organizations engaging in standard developing.
