摘要
直肠脱垂是最常见的后盆底疾病,病因复杂,临床较难处理,由其所致的相关合并症给患者的生活和工作带来巨大影响。目前,因尚无彻底有效的治愈方法,主要采用手术治疗。本文系统回顾直肠脱垂的基础理论及手术方式。
Rectal prolapse is the most common disease of posterior pelvic floor. Because of its complex etiology, it is difficult to deal with rectal prolapse clinically. The complication related to rectal prolapse has a tremendous impact on patient＇s life and work. At present, the surgical intervention is commonly used in the treatment of rectal prolapse as being lack of the effective method. This paper systematically reviews the basic theories and surgical approaches of rectal prolapse.
