摘要
针对化工设计中对空分装置的安全性和可靠性提出了严格要求,文章在分析大型空分装置工艺流程基础上,归纳了主要危险因素,从工艺系统、生产储存、工艺装置布置、工艺控制等方面提出了安全设计措施。
Security measures during chemical design are put forward according to the safety and reliability requirements of air separation. Based on the analysis of large scale air separation plant process flow, the paper summarized up the main risk factors from the process system, product storage, process equipment layout, process control.
