一种针灸辅助刺激仪的研制

摘要 目的设计并制作一种可以按照中医得气经络循环机制作用的针灸辅助刺激仪。方法运用中医经络循环理论制作的针灸辅助刺激仪,包括安装于各个针灸针上的针灸辅助刺激单元和显示控制设备。针灸辅助刺激单元分别与显示控制设备信号连接。针灸辅助刺激单元包括有单片机、电压调节部分以及与针灸针连接的接头装置。接头装置经电压调节部分与单片机信号连接,单片机与无线信号传出及接收装置部分连接,从而接收显示控制设备的控制信息。制作并初步将其运用于临床验证其效果。结果该针灸辅助刺激仪实验结果显示其治疗效果可靠,灵敏准确,使用方便。结论设计的针灸辅助刺激仪利用经络循环理论,有利于中医针灸得气治疗,使用安全方便,具有实用价值。 Objective To design a kind of auxiliary stimulus electric acupuncture apparatus according to Deqi circulation mechanismof meridians in traditional Chinese acupuncture. Methods The auxiliary stimulus electric acupuncture apparatus was produced depending onthe theory of circulation mechanism of meridians in traditional Chinese acupuncture, including the auxiliary acupuncture stimulion unitinstalled on each acupuncture needle and display control devices. Auxiliary acupuncture stimulation unit connected to the signal display controlequipment respectively. An auxiliary acupuncture stimulation unit consisted of singlechip, voltage regulation part, and joint device connectingwith acupuncture needle. The joint device connected to the singlechip signals by voltage regulation part, and singlechip connected withwireless signals and receiver part, thereby receiving control information from display control device. The apparatus was produced andpreliminary applied to verify its clinical effect. Results The result of experiment showed that it had reliable therapeutic effect and wassensitive, accurate and convenient to use. Conclusions The design of the auxiliary stimulus electric acupuncture apparatus uses the theory ofcirculation mechanism of meridians, is beneficial for the Deqi treatment of traditional Chinese with safety, convenience and practical value.
