Domestic restoration and manufacturing of valve bushings of RMG530 pressure control valves

摘要 为了实现进口设备RMG530调压阀关键配件阀套的修复与制造国产化,通过阀套失效形式分析,探究阀套磨损机理。采用金相组织观察、XRD衍射、红外透射等实验方法,分析基体、耐磨层以及修复阀套密封层材料的化学成分和化合物组成,并确定了材料型号。研究发现:调压阀涂层的脱落是导致阀套失效的重要原因,阀套基体材料为20Mn2V,修复阀套密封层材料为环氧树脂。在此基础上绘制国产配件图纸,确定配件加工精度,优选修复与加工工艺,完成RMG530调压阀阀套磨损修复本土化和阀套备件制造国产化。 In this paper, a series of analysis and research are carried out for purpose of domestic restoration and manufacturing of valve bushing, the key fitting of RMG530 pressure control valve which is imported overseas. Firstly, wear mechanisms of valve bushings are identified by analyzing their failure forms. Secondly, the material types are confirmed after analysis is performed on substrates, wear resistant layers and sealing layers in terms of their chemical compositions and compound components by means of metallurgical structure observation, XRD diffraction and infrared transmission. It is shown that coating dropping of pressure control valves is the crucial reason for the failure of valve bushings. The substrate material of valve bushings is 20Mn2V and the sealing layer material for restoring valve bushings is epoxy resin. Finally, domestically manufacutured fitting drawings are prepared, the fitting manufacturing precision is confirmed and restoration and process technologies are optimized. In this way, valve bushings of RMG530 pressure control valves can be restored and manufactured domestically.
