摘要
通过对某医院涉及放射诊疗许可行政处罚案的分析,探讨卫生行政执法相关法律法规的合理性和适用性,为卫生监督员在实际行政处罚过程中提供参考和借鉴,提高办案能力和水平,切实维护患者和医务人员的健康权益。
Through the analysis of Radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy license administrative punishment case in- volving in a hospital, this paper explored the rationality and applicability of health administrative law enforcement of relevant laws and regulations, to provide reference for supervisors in the actual process of administrative penalty, to improve the ability and level of handling, and to earnestly safeguard the interests of the health right of patients and medical staff.
