摘要
目的分析实施高强度聚焦超声对晚期胰腺癌患者的护理体会及其作用效果。方法选取本院近年诊治的晚期胰腺癌患者60例,对其实施高强度聚焦超声护理,分别从患者的治疗情况、不良情况发生率及患者生存率三个方面对护理效果进行评价分析。结果 (1)治疗后,58例患者的疼痛得到了改善;治疗4个月后有38.33%患者肿瘤面积有所减小,48.33%的患者肿瘤大小无变化,13.34%的患者肿瘤出现了增大的情况。(2)治疗结束后,密切观察患者的身体状况,详细记录患者发生的不良状况。在60例晚期胰腺癌患者中仅有3例治疗部位出现水泡情况发生,与护理相关的不良情况并没有出现。(3)治疗结束后,对患者进行随访,6个月患者的生存率为76.67%,1年内患者的生存率为58.33%。结论对晚期胰腺癌患者实施高强度聚焦超声护理后,显著提高了患者的生活质量,对疾病的治疗具有重大意义。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of nursing experience of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer by high intensity focused ultrasound.Methods Selected 60 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer in our hospital in recent years received the high intensity focused ultrasound care. The nursing effect was evaluated and analyzed from three aspects： the treatment of patients, the incidence of adverse events and the survival rate of patients. Results （1）After treatment, the pain of 58 patients was improved; After 4 months treatment, 38.33% patients had decreased tumor area; 48.33% of the patients had no change in tumor size; 13.34% of patients with tumor appeared to increase the situation.（2） After the end of treatment, the patient＆#39;s physical condition was closed observed, and a detailed record of the occurrence of patients with adverse conditions was done. In 60 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, there were only 3 cases with blister in the treatment site, and there were no nursing related adverse reactions. （3） After the end of treatment, the patients were followed up for 6 months, the survival rate was 76.67%, and the survival rate was 58.33% in one year. Conclusion The implementation of high intensity focused ultrasound in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer care can improve the patient＆#39;s quality of life, with the great significance.
