摘要
目的探究妇产科护理工作中的风险因素,分析相关的预防措施。方法总结分析妇产科护理中存在的风险因素,了解导致风险因素的原因并制定相关的风险管理对策,针对性地预防妇产科护理工作中风险事件出现,建立良好的护患关系。结果提高了院内妇产科护理工作的整体质量,并且患者对于护理的满意度也大大提升。结论在妇产科护理工作中,有许多因素需要防范,以全面的风险管理措施来完善护理工作,保障护理工作的安全、有效,能够减少护理工作中的差错和护患纠纷。
Objective To explore risk factors of gynecology and obstetrics nursing, analyze the relevant preventive measures. Methods The risk factors existing in the gynecology and obstetrics nursing were analyzed, to understand the cause of the risk factors, and formulated the related risk management strategy, targeted prevention of gynecology and obstetrics nursing risk events occur, established a good relationship between nurses and patients.Results The overall quality of hospital of gynecology and obstetrics nursing was improved, and patients to nursing satisfaction wasalso improved greatly.Conclusion In gynecology and obstetrics nursing work, there are many factors need to guard against, with comprehensive risk management measures to improve nursing work, guarantee nursing safety, effective, it can reduce errors in the work and nursing disputes.
