摘要
目的 探讨化浊解毒方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院门诊2013年1月~2015年12月诊治的72例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组36例。对照组采用单纯西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合化浊解毒方治疗。比较两组疗效、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阴转率及胃镜像。结果 观察组总有效率及Hp阴转率分别为94.44%、88.34%,与对照组比较均显著较高（P〈0.05）;治疗后,观察组充血水肿、红白相间、糜烂、胆汁反流、血管显露患者比例分别为13.89%、8.33%、2.78%、0%、2.78%,与对照组比较显著较低（P〈0.05）。结论 化浊解毒方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎可显著改善患者症状及胃镜像,并提高患者Hp阴转率,效果显著优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Huazhuo Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 72 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided by random number table into the observation group and the control group （each 36 cases）. The control group was given simple western medicine, and the observation group added Huazhuo Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group. Efifcacy, negative conversion rate of helicobacter pylori （Hp） and gastroscopic images of the two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate and negative conversion rate of Hp in the observation group were 94.44%, 88.34% respectively, which were signiifcantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; Proportion of hyperemia oedema, red and white, erosion, bile regurgitation, exposed vessel in the observation group after the treatment were 13.89%, 8.33%, 2.78%, 0%, 2.78%, respectively, which were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huazhuo Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can improve symptoms of patients and gastroscopic images signiifcantly, and improve negative conversion rate of Hp. The effect is better than simple western medicine treatment.
