摘要
目的 探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床治疗方式,对中医治疗的效果进行分析。方法 根据2015年1~12月我院的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者来进行研究,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,均为60例,观察组患者使用中医治疗,对照组使用西医治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的咳嗽缓解和消失时间要比对照组早,治疗有效率是95%,对照组是80%,两组结果对比具有统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论 咳嗽变异性哮喘患者使用中医治疗后,其症状改善明显,能够较快的得到缓解,治愈的时间短,所以临床中我们推介广泛使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of cough variant asthma, and to analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Methods 120 patients with cough variant asthma in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, each of 60 cases. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group used the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. ResultsThe cough relief and disappearance time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group, the effective rate was 95%, the control group was 80%, and the difference of two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cough variant asthma patients using traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the symptoms improve signiifcantly, can be quickly eased, and the time of cure is short, so we recommend widely used in clinical.
