摘要
针对滴定实验中的繁琐性,研制了一套基于Labview以及NI USB-6009数据采集卡等硬件的自动滴定系统。系统通过颜色传感器监测待测溶液颜色的变化,通过继电器与电磁阀来控制滴定系统的通路通断,使用Labview程序与数据采集卡去决定颜色传感器滤波器类型的选择与继电器的置位。自动滴定系统提高了滴定实验的效率,减轻了实验员的压力,并且实现了一定程度上的自动化。
For titration experiment of red tape, automatic titration system is developed based on Labview and NI USB - 6009 data acquisition card of hardware. This system monitor for the color of the waiting for the test solution changes by color sensors, through relay and electromagnetic valve to control the access of the titration system on and off, using Labview language program and the data acquisition card to decide the choice filter type of color sensor and relay setting. The system improves the efficiency of the titration experiment, alleviates the pressure of the experimenter, indirectly reduces the artificial cost of the experiments, and achieves a certain degree of automation.
