摘要
透射电子显微镜是科研单位进行材料形貌、物质结构及微区成分分析的有力工具。根据透射电镜的仪器特点及现有的管理体制,电镜中心就设备使用管理的模式转换、全面开放机制的实施、电镜专业人才培训基地的建立、日常管理制度的规范等举措进行尝试和改革。
Transmission electron microscopy（TEM）is a powerful tool for materials morphology,structure and composition analysis.In accordance with the characteristics of TEM instruments and the current management system,Electron Microscopy Center has well carried out the exploration and reform in the transformation of management mode,the implementation of the all-round opening mechanism,the establishment of the professional talent training base and the normalization of daily management system.
