摘要
介绍了某电厂PG9171E型燃气轮机DLN 1.0燃烧系统燃烧调整的背景和长期高负荷贫贫燃烧模式运行的危害;对采用DLN 1.0燃烧系统后在某次升负荷预混切换过程中一区燃烧模式回切及熄火跳闸故障进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。
This paper introduces the background of combustion adjustment and the harmful at high load Lean-Lean combustion mode for a long time of the PGglT1E gas turbine DLN 1.0 combustion system. After adopting DLN 1.0 combustion system, the accident were analyzed for combustion mode cutting back and loss of flame trip in premix transfer, and the corresponding improvement measures were putted forward.
