摘要
为了研究软弱围岩隧道爆破施工过程中掌子面周边围岩应力和位移的变化情况,依托寻全高速松虎坑3号隧道爆破施工实例,利用有限元软件MIDAS/NX对软弱围岩隧道爆破过程中掌子面周边围岩的位移-时间变化及其应力分布情况进行了分析,并且总结了软弱围岩隧道开挖过程中围岩的变形机理及相应的控制变形工程对策。结果表明:爆破过程中爆破荷载的主应力对已开挖洞室周边围岩的影响范围较小,掌子面周边围岩的位移沿开挖轮廓线向四周扩散,其位移量也逐渐减小。
In order to study the change of stress and displacement around the tunnel face during the blasting excavation of tunnels with weak surrounding rocks, the finite element software, MIDAS/NX, was applied to analyze the displacement-time correlation and the distribution of stress based on the construction of No. 3 tunnel at Songhu pit of Xunquan Expressway. The mechanism of surrounding rocks deformation and countermeasures were summarized. The results show that the principal stress of blasting load has minor effect on the surrounding rocks; the displacement of rocks around the tunnel face diminishes along the excavation contours.
