摘要
通过对典型薄壁类结合齿花键套零件加工中存在的工艺难点进行分析,结合现有工艺手段对各难点逐一改进优化,既降低产品加工废品率又提升加工效率,对加工类似产品可提供工艺借鉴和推广的价值。
Through the analysis of the typical thin wall technology combined with the difficulties in the processing of parts of the spline sleeve, the difficulties one by one optimization combined with existing techniques, which reduce the production scrap rate and enhance processing efficiency, can provide technical reference and promotion value to the processing of similar products
