摘要
目的探讨Orem自理理论在脑出血患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法将76例脑出血患者随机分组,研究组(n=38)在术后护理中应用Orem自理理论,对照组(n=38)行常规护理,对比2组护理结果。结果研究组患者护理后ADL评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自理理论在脑出血患者术后护理中的应用效果确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of Orem self care theory in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during post-operative care.Methods76 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomized divided into the study group（n=38） who received Orem self care during post-operative care, and control group（n=38）who underwent routine care,compared two groups of care results.Results ADL score,complication rates in study group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oremself self theory can achieve good effect in cerebral hemorrhage patients during post-operative care.
