摘要
目的：分析社区跟进式护理对老年脑卒中患者生活能力及其护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月-2016年1月符合出院标准的77例老年脑卒中患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=39）和对照组（n=38），观察组出院后给予社区跟进式护理干预，对照组出院后不进行干预，比较两组出院时、出院后3个月Barthel指数评分、FMA评分及护理满意度评分。结果观察组出院后3个月Barthel指数评分和FMA评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组出院后3个月护理满意度评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（t=11.759，P＜0.05）。结论社区跟进式护理应用于老年脑卒中患者出院后护理中，可提高患者生活能力和护理满意度，具有较高的实用价值。
Objective To analyze the influence of community nursing care on the life ability and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with stroke.Methods77 elderly patients with stroke were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group（n=39）and control group （n=38）.After discharge,the observation group was given community folow-up nursing intervention,the control group did not intervene. We compared the two groups at the time of discharge,3 months after discharge Barthel index score,FMA score and nursing satisfaction score.Results The Barthel index score and FMA score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months after discharge,and the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）;3 months after discharge,the observation group of nursing satisfaction score was higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（t=11.759,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Community folow-up nursing care in elderly patients with stroke care,can improve the patient＇s living ability and nursing satisfaction,has a high practical value.
