摘要
目的：研究分析肝硬化患者的临床优质护理效果。方法根据2013年8月-2015年2月的98例肝硬化患者进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和护理组，对照组患者接受常规护理，护理组接受优质护理，对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果护理组患者的临床治疗有效率和满意度均要高于对照组，住院时间比对照组短，结果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肝硬化患者使用全程优质护理对患者的治疗效果和满意度均有提升作用，患者住院时间较短。
Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods From August 2013 to February 2015, 98 cases of patients with cirrhosis to research and analysis. These patients were divided into control group and nursing group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,nursing group received high quality nursing and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe effective rate of clinical treatment and satisfaction of patients in nursing group were higher than that in the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe clinical nursing care of patients with cirrhosis of the whole process of quality care for patients with the treatment effect and satisfaction have a promotion effect,patients with shorter hospital stay.
