摘要
目的：探讨低钾血症患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法以我院于2015年1月-2016年1月收治的50例低钾血症患者为研究对象，按照时间顺序将其分为两组，采用常规护理的对照组（25例）和采用综合护理的观察组（25例），对比两种护理方法的效果。结果观察组患者的护理有效率及护理满意度均高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对低钾血症患者实施综合护理，效果显著。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and nursing of patients with hypokalemia.MethodsIn our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 among 50 cases of hypokalemia in patients treated for the study,in chronological order were divided into two groups, with conventional care in group（25 patients）,integrated care for the observation group（25 cases）,the effect of the two nursing methods were compared.Resultsin the observation group, the efficiency of nursing care and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients hypokalemia is significant.
