摘要
目的：探析弹性髓内钉与钢板内固定修复前臂骨折的临床实效。方法选取本院2014年11月-2015年11月所收治的82例前臂骨折患者为本次研究对象，将其以随机法分为对照组及观察组，其中对照组39例，以钢板内固定的方式进行修复治疗，观察组43例，以弹性髓内钉法进行修复治疗，记录并对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果在手术时长、手术切口长度、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间及住院时长等指标对比，观察组优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论弹性髓内钉在治疗前臂骨折时可获得更为理想的治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of elastic intramedullary nail and steel plate fixation in the repair of forearm fracture. Methods82 cases of forearm fracture treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in the control group,repair treatment with plate internal fixation way,43 cases in the observation group,with elastic intramedullary nail method for repair,recorded and compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effectiveness.Results Compared with the time of operation,the length of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation,the time of wound healing and length of length of stay in hospital,observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of forearm fractures can get more ideal treatment effect.
