摘要
目的探讨在对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗时使用不同内固定方法的临床疗效,比较其应用价值。方法将我院收治的78例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机性的分为观察组和对照组。结果两组患者的治疗效果差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。但观察组患者的并发症发生率、手术时间以及卧床时间和出血量要低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施临床治疗时,通过对患者实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉的内固定方法治疗可提升治疗安全性。
Objective To investigate the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were treated with different internal fixation methods of clinical efficacy and the application value.Methods In our hospital,78 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients as the object of study,al patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.ResultsThe two groups of patients with the treatment effect of the difference was not statisticaly significant（P〉0.05）,but the observation group of patients with complication rate,operation time and bed time and bleeding volume were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The femoral coarse intertrochanteric fractures through to the implementation of proximal femoral anti rotation intramedulary nail internal fixation methods in the treatment can significantly improve the safety of the treatment.
