摘要
目的探析人工流产后继发不孕症的原因及诊治措施。方法选取90例不孕患者,给予其常规妇科检查、B超检查、白带检查等,并对其结果进行统计分析,以探析其继发不孕症的主要原因,并制定相应诊疗方法。结果继发性不孕的主要原因包括以下几项:子宫内膜异位、盆腔粘连、输卵管阻塞、宫腔粘连、内分泌紊乱等。结论导致人工流产女性出现继发性不孕症的原因多样,在临床上做到对症治疗可极大降低患者不孕症的发生率。
Objective To explore the cause of the secondary infertility after artificial abortion and make a diagnosis and treatment measures.MethodsChose 90 cases,given the routine examination of department of gynaecology,B ultrasonic examination,leucorrhea check,etc.,and carries on the statistical analysis of the results,to analyze the main causes of secondary infertility,and formulate the corresponding diagnosis and treatment methods.Results The main cause of secondary infertility include the folowing：endometriosis,pelvic adhesion,falopian tube obstruction,caused by intrauterine adhesions,endocrine disorders,etc.Conclusion There are many causes of secondary infertility in women with induced abortion. In clinical treatment can greatly reduce the incidence of infertility patients.
