摘要
目的研究分析血液生化检验标本对检验结果准确性的影响因素。方法选取我院的50份血液生化检验样本来进行分析,探讨采集方式、抗凝剂使用、检验标本保存等环节对检验结果的影响情况。结果有5份血液生化检验标本不合格,其中由血液生化检验标本采集方法不规范引起的有2份,由抗凝剂添加比例不合理导致的有1份,由血液标本保存时间和方法不当引起的有2份。根据此次结果显示,患者的样本采集方式、抗凝剂使用以及保存标本的时间都会对检验结果带来影响。结论检验者要对血液生化检验标本分析过程的影响因素进行分析和排除,引起重视,对自己的技术进行提升,懂得如何保存样本,让血液检验标本质量符合检验要求,提升检验的准确性。
Objective To study the influence factors on the accuracy of the test results of blood biochemical test specimens. Methods 50 cases of blood biochemical test samples in our hospital were selected for the analysis, the inflnence the test results were explored of acquisition mode, use of anticoagulants, test specimens preserved and so on. Results There were 5 parts blood biochemical teat specimen failure, wherein the method of specimen collection from the blood biochemical tests were not standardized 2 cases, anticoagulant addition ratio caused by an irrational was 1 case, the time saved by the blood samples and improper methods there vcere 2 cases. According to the results, patient＇s sample collection, anticoagulant use and preservation of specimens were impacted on the test results. Conclusion The inspection should be to process analysis on blood binchemical test specimens produce influence factors analysis and exclusion, pay more attention, enhance own technology, know how to save the sample and to meet the requirements of the test, the quality of blood specimen examination, to enhance the inspection accuracy.
