摘要
目的加强职业暴露防护体系管理,避免职业暴露的发生。方法建立职业暴露防护制度,落实防护措施,追踪管理效果。结果我院职业暴露制度及处理流程更加规范,医护人员职业暴露防护意识及应急处理能力大幅提升,职业暴露发生率明显下降。结论建立科学有效的职业暴露防护体系是预防和降低职业暴露发生率的基础。
Objective Strengthen the management of occupational exposure and protection system, and avoid the occurrence of occupational exposure. Methods Occupational exposure protection system was established, protective measures were implemented, and management effect was tracked. Results Our hospital occupational exposure system and treatment process was more standardized, medical staff occupational exposure protection awareness and emergeiaey handling capacity significantly increased, the incidence of occupational exposure was significantly decreased. Conclusion Establishing a scientific and effective occupational exposure prevention system is the basis of preventing and reducing the incidence of occupational exposure.
