摘要
目的分析新疆回、汉族原发性骨质疏松症发生的相关危险因素。方法选取120例经DXA诊断为骨质疏松的患者为研究组,另外选取不符合骨质疏松和骨量减少诊断标准的120例健康体检者为对照组,两组病例进行对照研究。结果两组患者在民族、文化程度、饮用牛奶、咖啡、茶及服用钙剂方面存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回族更容易发生骨质疏松,饮茶和饮用咖啡是骨质疏松的危险因素。
Objective To analyze the risk factors for primary osteoporosis in patients from Xinjiang Hui Nationality and Han Nationality. Methods 120 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis were selected as the study group, and 120 healthy cases were selected as the control group. The medical records of two groups were contrastive analyzed. Results There were significant differences in nationality, standard of culture, drinking habits of coffee tea, milk and calcium between two groups (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conelusion Hui are more likely to have osteoporosis. Drinking tea and coffee are risk factors for osteoporosis.
