摘要
首先阐述了继续医学教育及其档案的定义,其次描述了云南省地方病防治所专业技术人员及其继续医学教育的现状,再次分析了继续医学教育与专业技术人员切身利益之间的关系,分析了档案管理发挥的作用,最后总结得出继续医学教育及其档案对云南省地方病防治所的人才培养、科研创新起重要作用。
First, the deifnition of continuing medical education and its ifles was explained. Second, we described the status of technical professional in Yunnan Institute of Endemic Diseases Control and Prevention and the status of the continuing medical education. Thirdly, we analyzed the relationship between continuing medical education and the vital interests of technical professional and the function of files management. Finally, we can draw that the continuing medical education and its ifles play an important role in talent training and scientiifc research and innovation of Yunnan Institute of Endemic Diseases Control and Prevention.
