上海市排水管理处负责全市排水行业监管业务,信息化已经成为排水行业监管过程中必不可少的手段和工具。上海市排水信息化建设经过多年的实践,已经形成了以排水行业信息化规划为指导,以排水行业信息化软环境建设为基础,以排水行业网络平台为载体,以排水行业监管业务需求为导向,以排水行业管理应用为核心的信息化建设体系,信息化技术已经在排水规划建设、设施管理、运行监管、受理执法、防汛排水等业务中得到了广泛应用。
Shanghai Municipal Drainage Administration is in charge of Shanghai drainage industry management. Information technology has become an indispensable means and tools in the process of drainage industry supervision. Shanghai drainage information system has been built after many years of construction, which is guided by the drainage industry information planning, based on the information technology environment, borne on drainage industry network platform, oriented by drainage industry regu- latory business needs and taking drainage industry management application as the core. Information tech- nology has been widely used in drainage planning, facility management, operation regulation, drainage law enforcement, emergency response and flood control.
