摘要
目的探讨多元化护理干预对高度水肿微小病变型肾病综合征患者感染发生率及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2015年11月我院收治的40例高度水肿微小病变型肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组各20例。其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者给予多元化护理干预。观察2组患者对护理服务的满意度、感染发生率,以及护理干预前后生活质量水平对比。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为95%明显高于对照组的70%(P<0.05);而且感染发生率为10%,也明显低于对照组的55%(P<0.05)。护理干预前2组患者生活质量各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在护理干预后观察组生活质量水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理干预对高度水肿微小病变型肾病综合征患者感染发生率的降低以及生活质量水平的提高具有显著的干预效果。
Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing intervention on infection rates and quality of life of patients with high degree of edema and minimal change nephrotic syndrome.Methods Forty cases of patients with high degree of edema and minimal change nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from January 2014 to May2015were selected as the research sbjects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using random number method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group were given diversified nursing intervention.The satisfaction of nursing service and the incidence of infection were observed in the two groups,and the quality of life before and after nursing intervention was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of 70%in the control group（P〈0.05）.The infection rate of the observation group was 10%,and it was significantly lower than that of 55%in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the quality of life of the two groups before the nursing intervention（P〉0.05）,and after the nursing intervention the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionDiversified nursing intervention on reducing infection rate and the improvement of quality of life of patients with high degree of edema and minimal change nephrotic syndrome has significant effect.
