碳五双烯烃二聚迷宫反应器工业实验研究

摘要 通过碳五双烯烃二聚迷宫反应器的工业实验研究,对比了迷宫反应器与装置管式反应器及釜式反应器的二聚反应性能,并考察了反应温度和停留时间对迷宫反应器二聚反应效果的影响。实验结果表明:碳五双烯烃二聚迷宫反应器反应性能与装置现有管式二聚反应器相当,优于釜式反应器;随反应温度的升高和停留时间的增加,环戊二烯转化率升高,双环戊二烯的选择性下降;工业实验研究期间,反应器内的温度和压力保持稳定。 Based on industrial experimental study on C_5 diene dimerization maze reactor, the dimerization performances of maze director,tubular reactor and tank reactor were compared,and the effects of reaction temperature and residence time on the reaction results of dimerization in maze reactor. The results showed that: the reaction performance of C_5 diene dimerization reactor is parallel to the existing conventional tubular reactor but is superior to tank reactor. With the rise of reaction temperature and increase of residence time,the conversion rate of cyclopentadiene increases,and the selectivity of dicyclopentadiene declines. The temperature and pressure inside the reactor remained stable during the industrial experimental study.
