摘要
在供应链金融的实际运作过程中,核心企业对于供应链金融业务的开展及实施起着至关重要的作用,然而,目前鲜有文献站在核心企业考虑其参与的风险。为此,在对现有文献阅读和实地调研基础之上,构建了核心企业参与的风险识别池,并运用问卷调研、MIMBI模型及ISM解释模型等数学模型对其风险进行评估。研究表明电信企业参与供应链金融过程中的风险,主要来自于供应商财务状况和商业银行风险体系健全与否,为电信运营商开展供应链金融服务提出可参考的意见。
In the operation of the supply chain finance, the core enterprises play a vital role in the implementation of supply chain finance business. However, there are few literature about core enterprises＇ risks of participation, and therefore, based on the literature review and combined with on-the-spot interviews, the risk identification pool related to core enterprises is established, and the questionnaire survey, MIMBI model and ISM structure interpretation model are used to evaluate the risk. The results show that the risk of telecom enterprises＇ participating in the supply chain finance mainly depends on the suppliers＇ financial situation and the banks＇ risk system. The results can give reference to telecom operators to carry out the supply chain financial service.
