云南香蕉细菌性软腐病病原鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 为了明确引起云南香蕉细菌性软腐病的病原菌,为该病害防控提供基础,在植蕉区采集香蕉细菌性软腐病病害标样,对病原菌进行分离、致病性测定、寄主范围测定、形态学观察、生理生化反应及16S r DNA序列分析。结果表明:分离获得的菌株均有致病性,病原菌形态特征、寄主范围、生理生化测定结果与Erwinia chrysanthemi相符。16S r DNA序列分析表明:代表性菌株的测序结果与E.chrysanthemi(序列登录号:GU811708)的同源性达到99%以上,系统发育树分析结果与之一致,表明引起云南香蕉细菌性软腐病的病原菌为菊欧氏杆菌(E.chrysanthemi),该病害是近年来发生在云南植蕉区的一种新病害。 The pathogen of banana bacterial soft rot in Yunnan was clarified in this study, and to provide basis for prevention and control. The samples of banana bacterial soft rot were collected from Yunnan, and the isolates were identified based on pathogenicity, morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics, host range test, sequence analysis of 16S rDNA. All isolates were pathogenic to banana plants. The pathogen morphological characteristics, host range test, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis proved that the pathogen was identified to be Erwinia chrysanthemi. The banana bacterial soft rot in Yunnan was caused by E. chrysanthemi. Banana bacterial soft rot is a new banana disease in Yunnan Province.
