摘要
根据2001—2015年厦门经济特区年鉴数据,运用多元回归分析方法,对厦门服务业发展的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:人均GDP、对外开放度、城市化水平与厦门服务业发展均存在显著正相关关系,其中人均GDP对服务业发展的影响最为显著;第二产业发展规模过大,挤压了服务业的发展空间;服务业从业人员对服务业发展的促进作用为正但不显著。建议十三五期间,厦门要从提高居民收入、优化产业结构、推动服务业外向发展、推进城市化进程和提高服务业从业人员素质等方面做出部署,进一步推动厦门服务业的发展。
Regression analysis was made for factors influencing the development of service industry in Xiamen using data in the economic yearbooks of Xiamen Special Economic Zone from 2001 to 2015. The results show that GDP per capita,degrees of openness and urbanization have significant positive impacts on the development of service industry in Xiamen with GDP per capita the most significant,excessive expansion of second industry reduces the development of service industry, and service personnel quality have positive yet insignificant impacts on the development of service industry. It is proposed that Xiamen should try in the period of the thirteenth Five-Year Plan to raise the income of residents,reform the industrial structure, support the outward development of service industry,promote urbanization and improve the service personnel quality to optimize the service industry in Xiamen.
