福建某铜矿石浮选工艺优化试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对福建某铜矿铜精矿中铜品位低问题,通过选用选择性好的捕收剂Z-200、加大磨矿细度、延长铜精选时间等一系列优化措施,选别指标明显改善。闭路流程为一次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选优先选铜,选铜尾矿一次粗选、两次精选、一次扫选选硫,获得铜精矿含铜32.04%、含金6.28 g/t、含银187.00 g/t、铜回收率为86.86%、金回收率为46.08%、银回收率为47.47%,硫精矿含硫46.35%、含银32.40 g/t、硫回收率为50.44%,银回收率为34.23%。相比现场生产指标,铜回收率基本不变,铜精矿铜品位提高了近10%,其中的金品位和回收率分别提高了2.48 g/t、7.21%,硫品位下降了3.95%,硫精矿中硫回收率提高了20.74%。 For the copper concentrate containing low grade copper in Fujian, the processing index improved significantly by using the selective collector Z-200, increasing grinding fineness and extending concentration time and so on. The flowsheet of closed-circuit test was one roughing-three cleaning-three scavenging for preferential copper flotation, and one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging for sulfur flotation from copper tailings. Copper concentrate was obtained containing 32. 04% Cu, 6. 28 g/t Au, 187.00 g/t Ag with Cu recovery 86. 86%, Au recovery 46. 08% and Ag recovery 47.47%, and sulfur concentrate containing 46. 35% S, 32. 40 g/t Ag with S recovery 50.44% and Ag recovery 34. 23%. Compared with the production indexes, copper recovery was basically no changed, the copper grade of the copper concentrate was increased by nearly 1.0% and gold grade and recovery was improved 2. 48 g/t and 7.21%, while sulfur grade was decreased 3.95%, and also sulfur recovery of sulfur concentrate was increased 20. 74%.
