摘要
为应对物联网(Io T)平台碎片化问题,促成跨平台的开放市场,W3C提出了万维物联网(Wo T)概念,并在2015年1月成立了万维物联网兴趣组。该兴趣组旨在解决目前Io T碎片化的问题,通过引入基于Web的抽象层,联通已有物联网平台。从万维物联网的基本架构、Wo T接口、物体描述、脚本API以及安全等方面全面介绍了W3C万维物联网兴趣组的研究成果,以及万维物联网工作组的启动计划。
To counter the fragmentation and enable the open market across the IoT platforms, W3C announced a new Web of Things initiative to develop standards on Web of Things and launched the Web of Things Interest Group in January 2015. The Web of Things Interest Group is to counter the fragmentation of the Internet of Things by introducing a Web-based abstraction layer capable of interconnecting existing Internet of Things platforms. This paper introduces the deliverables of the Web of Things Interest Group, including WoT Architecture, WoT Interface, Thing Description, Scripting API and Security Consideration, and the launching plan of the Web of Things Working Group.
