摘要
文章阐述了公立医院薪酬制度改革的重要意义,认为公立医院薪酬制度要体现医疗行业的特点,以公益性为导向,调动医务人员积极性。在借鉴国外公立医院相关做法的基础上,提出了我国公立医院薪酬制度改革的一些思路。
This paper discussed the significance of the reform of pay system of public hospitals, and considered that the public pay system should reflect the characteristics of the medical industry, which as welfare-oriented, mobilizing the enthusiasm of the medical staff. Finally, on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign public hospitals, some ideas about the reform of the pay system of public hospitals in our country are put forward.
