摘要
为了提高樟树籽油的出油率及品质,在单因素试验的基础上,选取对提取工艺影响较大的超声时间、超声功率和液料比3个因素,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合原理进行三因素三水平试验,并通过响应面分析法优化超声波细胞破碎法提取樟树籽油的工艺参数。结果显示,细胞破碎法是一种快速有效的提取樟树籽油的方法,其最优工艺条件:以石油醚为溶剂,在液料比17∶1(mL/g),超声时间45 s,超声功率416 W条件下,樟树籽油的得率为38.01%,与预测值37.44%基本相符。
In order to improve the oil yield and quality of camphor oil, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power and liquid to material ratio were selected as factors based on single-factor test and a three-factor-three-level experiment design had been developed by Box-Benhnken central composite design method. The results showed that the cell disruption method was an efficient method to extract camphor tree seed oil. The optimal conditions were as follows: petroleum ether as a solvent, liquid/solid ratio 17 : 1 (mL/g), ultrasonic power 416 W and extraction time 45 s. Under the optimum conditions, the actual yield of camphor tree seed oil was 38.01%, which matched with the predicted yield of 37.44%.
