摘要
临床教学是培养高层次医学人才的关键环节。医学生科研能力的训练和培养是适应目前医学科学发展的需要。当今大部分临床医学研究生存在科研意识薄弱、科研能力差等现象。在医学研究生临床教学中,了解研究生科研能力培养现状并探索提高临床医学研究生科研能力的对策对于提高医学生的科研能力至关重要。完善实验室建设,加强实验基本技能的训练与培养;鼓励研究生多参加学术交流,加强科研兴趣的建立与培养;引导研究生从临床实践中产生科学问题,加强临床与科研相互转化;提高研究生查阅及阅读文献的能力,加强获取信息能力的培养;指导研究生撰写论文,加强科研论文写作能力等都是有效可行的培养临床医学研究生科研能力的教育方法。
Clinical teaching is the key point of the cultivation of high level medical talents. The training and cultivation of the medical scientific research ability among clinical medicine graduate students are the requirements to adapt to the development of medical science at present. Nowadays,the phenomena such as weak scientific awareness and poor scientific research ability have existed in most of the clinical medicine graduate students. In the teaching of the clinical medicine graduate students,it is of great importance to improve the scientific research ability of medicine students through understanding the cultivation situation of scientific research ability among the graduates and exploring countermeasures to improve scientific research ability of the clinical medicine graduate students. The effective teaching methods to cultivate the scientific research ability of the clinical medicine graduate students including methods such as improving laboratory construction,strengthening the training and cultivation of graduate students＆#39; experiments basic skills,encouraging more students to participate in academic exchanges,strengthening the establishment and development of scientific interests,instructing students to produce scientific questions from clinical practice,enhancing mutual transformation of clinic and research,improving graduate students＇ ability of consulting and reading literature,strengthening the ability of obtaining information,instructing graduate students to write papers as well as strengthening their research paper writing skills.
