摘要
广东省高标准农田数字监管系统是为"全程全面,统一管理"我省各部门主管的高标准农田建设项目开发的,面向省、市、县各级高标田建设项目主管部门应用的网络系统。系统实现了对高标准农田建设过程中的年度任务分解、项目建设进度控制、资金安排和使用情况分析、规划编制进度管理、作业队伍管理、绩效和综合成效评估等功能,为实现全省高标准农田建设项目的动态监测监管提供了有效支撑。
The Guangdong high standard farmland monitoring and supervision information system is developed for the provincial, municipal, country （district） high standard tarmland consolidation projects departments to fulfill the regime of managing high standard farmlands in all the procedure and prospects. In the process of the construction of high standard farmland, the system includes frunctions such as the annual task decomposition, the project construction progress control, support and use of project funds, planning preparation schedule management, data management of project participation units, performance evaluation, statistics and, etc. The system provides an effective support for dynamic monitoring all the high standard farmlands consolidation projects in the whole province.
