220株肺结核伴感染患者致病菌的分布及其药敏结果分析

摘要 目的:分析肺结核伴感染患者致病菌的分布及其药敏结果。方法:采集痰标本采用纸片扩散法药敏试验,分析其致病菌的分布情况与药敏试验结果。结果:分离出致病菌220株,其中革兰阳性菌占9.54%,革兰阴性菌占40.45%,真菌占50.00%;药敏结果示亚胺培南、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶、阿米卡星耐药率较低。结论:肺结核伴感染患者主要为革兰阴性菌感染,主要致病菌为G-杆菌和真菌,临床应根据具体的感染细菌株以及药敏结果合理选择其对应的治疗药物。
