摘要
文章从安全、业务和电费3方面列举了办理减容业务需要注意的相关问题。提出了客户进线电缆、变压器进线开关、变压器出线开关等设备在减容时的处理方案,保留容量的减容设备以及更换小容量变压器情况的处理方式。系统阐述了在业务办理中互感器、智能表、保护定值、无功补偿等环节的处理方法。同时在基本电费、定比定量电费、变损电费的变更和收取方式上加以说明。
Some issues to pay attention including the article. Treatment scheme about line electric safety, operation and electric tariff are mentioned in cable,line switch of transformer, outgoing switch of transformer and so on is propounded, and refers to how to dispose electric decrease equipments which retain transformer＇s capability and replace small capability of transformer. The article describes the management in business for the transformer, intelligent meter, protection setting value, reactive power compensation method. At the same time explains the charge way of basic electricity tariff, quantity and ratio tariff to give service to the power supply enterprise＇s business, and give reference resources to electricity consumers.
