摘要
以上海市某公立三级专科医院为实践对象,对院科两级管理模式下的科室二级分配进行探讨,介绍其通过推动二级分配工作,打破二级分配中的平均主义。运用标准差评价二级分配推进的工作成效和科室奖金分配的差异程度,对影响分配差异的因素做进一步分析。
The practice of a new performance distribution plan among clinical departments in a tertiary specialized hospital in Shanghai was introduced and discussed. The promotion of secondary distribution and the break of equalitarian during secondary distribution were introduced. Standard deviation was used to evaluate the result and calculate coefficient of variation. Factors affecting the distribution were analyzed.
