摘要
通过高温敏化时间对乳化炸药性能的实验研究,探寻其对乳化炸药的密度、殉爆距离、猛度和爆速等乳化炸药性能的影响,得出高温敏化时间对乳化炸药性能有显著相关的结论。在一定的时间内,乳化炸药的爆炸性能随着敏化时间的增加而减小,殉爆距离、猛度和爆速随着敏化时间的增加而增加,但当敏化时间增加到一定程度后,随着敏化时间再继续增加,由于敏化气泡变大,密度趋于稳定,而殉爆距离和爆速反而下降。高温敏化时间控制在120-160 s较为宜。
Through the empirical research on emulsion explosive property, the sensitization time at high temperature was studied to explore the influence on emulsion explosive density, synlpathetic detonation distance, brisance and detonation velocity, and performance of emulsion explosive. It is concluded that high temperature sensitization time on the properties of emulsion explosive has significant correlation. Within a certain period of time, the emulsion explosive density decreased with the sensitization time, but the sympathetic detonation distance, brisance and detonation velocity increased with the sensitization time increasing. When the sensitization time increased up to a certain extent, the sympathetic detonation distance and detonation velocity decreased owing to the bigger sensitization bubbles. The optimized temperature sensitive time was obtained as 120 - 160 s.
