摘要
采用数值分析软件,结合大型矿山边坡工程,讨论了爆炸等效荷载的施加过程,分析了空气间隔装药条件下边坡爆破振动规律。计算表明:随着质点与爆源垂直距离的增加,爆破质点振动速度峰值整体上呈减小趋势,其中水平径向振动峰值比垂直振动速度峰值衰减慢;空气层位置变化对爆源近、中区质点振动峰值存在影响,而对爆破远区振动特性影响有限。通过坡面点和马道外侧点的振动速度对比分析得出:边坡台阶存在局部的爆破振动放大效应。另外,采用文中的荷载施加方案既可以明确炮孔近区岩体的破坏机理,也能将炮孔装药结构所对应的爆破荷载信息在后续模型计算中予以保留,为优化装药结构、提高爆炸能量利用率提供参考依据。
The law of the vibration on the slope in mine under the air-decking blasting is analyzed through the numerical analysis software, and the explosive equivalent load is also discussed. The results show that the particle vibration velocity peak gradually decreases with the vertical distance increasing from the explosive source; with the particle's height increasing, the attenuation of radial horizontal vibration peak becomes slower than the vertical vibration velocity peak; the change of the air layer position has an effect on the peak value of particle vibration in the near and middle field of the explosion source, but which makes limited effect on the vibration characteristics at far field ; an amplification effect comes into being on slope at the bench compared to the vibration velocity. In this study, the load scheme not only identifies the failure mechanism of the near zone rock mass, but also keeps the corresponding blasting load information in the subsequent model calculation, which provides reference basis for optimizing the struc- ture and improving the utilization of explosive energy.
