摘要
以羟基羧酸(柠檬酸、酒石酸和丙二酸)的乙醇溶液为酸交换介质,考察了酸种类、乙醇溶液中水含量、柠檬酸原位再生等对酸交换法制备HY分子筛的影响,采用XRD,ICP,^(27)Al NMR,NH_3-TPD,FTIR等手段对制备的HY分子筛进行表征。实验结果表明,在柠檬酸量为5 mmol、Na Y分子筛1 g、乙醇溶液中水含量为30%(φ)时,制得的HY分子筛试样相对结晶度在90%以上,酸交换度达44%,试样的骨架硅铝比达6.12;再生后的柠檬酸制备的HY分子筛相对结晶度可维持在85%,酸交换度达76%,骨架硅铝比达7.62。采用酸交换的方法制备HY分子筛摒弃了铵盐的使用,且有机酸溶液通过离子交换树脂原位再生、循环利用,有效降低了能耗和污水排放。
HY zeolites were prepared through the acid exchange of NaY zeolite with hydroxy carboxylic acids in ethanol solution,namely citric acid(CA),tartaric acid(TA) and malonic acid(MA). The effects of acid types,water content in the ethanol solution and CA in situ regeneration on the preparation of HY zeolites were investigated. The HY zeolites were characterized by means of XRD, ICP,27Al NMR,NH3-TPD and FTIR. The results showed that under the conditions of 5 mmol citric acid,NaY 1 g and water content in the ethanol solution 30%(φ),the relative crystallinity,acid exchange degree and silica-alumina ratio of the prepared HY zeolite reached more than 90%,44%and 6.12,respectively. And the relative crystallinity,acid exchange degree and silica-alumina ratio of the HY zeolite prepared with regenerated CA could reach 85%,76%and 7.62,respectively. The HY zeolites was prepared without ammonium salt and the organic acid solution was in situ regenerated through ion exchange resin,which effectively reduced energy consumption and sewage discharge.
