摘要
目的评价经尿道输尿管镜碎石术中使用Stone cone取石网的效果及安全性。方法 2014年1月至2015年12月,我院泌尿外科使用Stone cone取石网辅助输尿管镜碎石82例,其中输尿管上段结石80例,输尿管中段结石2例。治疗过程按照卫生部输尿管结石临床路径。结果 82例输尿管镜置入患侧输尿管成功。80例输尿管上段结石中,75例碎石顺利。2例输尿管中段结石在Stone cone取石网的帮助下完成碎石。支架拔出1周后复查,结石排净79例(79/82),排净率为96.34%。本组病例未发生输尿管穿孔、出血、撕脱等并发症。临床路径入组率100%,完成100%。结论 Stone cone取石网辅助输尿管镜碎石安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Stone cone basket in transurethral uretcroscopic lithotripsy. Methods A total of 82 cases treated during Jan. 2014 and Dec. 2015 were enrolled. Stone cone basket was used in all cases, including 80 cases of upper ureteral stones, and 2 cases of middle ureteral stones. Results The ureteroscope was placed in all cases successfully. Of the 80 cases of upper ureteral stones, 75 cases had stones successfully removed. The 2 cases of middle ureteral stones were successful with the help of Stone cone basket. Stone free rate was 96.34% （79/82） after the stcnt was removed one week later. No complications such as perforation, bleeding or avulsion occurred. Conclusion Application of Stone cone basket in transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy is safe and effective.
