摘要
采用改进的BCR法和Tessier法,分别对云南省个旧市稻田土壤样品中重金属元素Pb、Cd各形态的含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明:土壤样品中的Cd主要以酸可提取态的形式赋存,Pb主要以可还原态的形式存在;改进的BCR法分析结果的精密度高于Tessier法的;采用Tessier法分析的土壤重金属有效态的含量高于BCR法的;在用这两种方法测定得到的土壤重金属部分形态含量间存在极显著的相关性。
The author respectively used modified BCR method and Tessier method to determine and analyze the contents of various forms of heavy metal elements Pb and Cd in paddy soil samples in Gejiu city of Yunnan province. The results showed that : in soil samples, Cd existed mainly in the form of acid-extractable state, and Pb existed mainly in the form of reducible state ; the modified BCR method possessed a higher accuracy in analysis than Tessier method; the effective-state content of heavy metals in soil obtained by Tessier method was higher than that did by modified BCR method ; there were very significant correlations between the contents of some forms of heavy metals in soil measured bv these two methods.
