摘要
通过对东乡野生稻的渗入系群体进行低温筛选,获得了5个耐冷性较强的株系。通过对耐冷株系IL732和轮回亲本赣香B常温和低温下基因表达谱(DEG)差异的分析,筛选得到22个在IL732中特异响应冷胁迫的基因,其中存在多个参与糖类代谢的酶。这些酶基因的特异表达表明东野的耐冷机制可能与东野独特的能量代谢或多糖类物质代谢调控过程有关。
Five cold-tolerant rice lines were selected from the introgression line population of Dongxiang wild rice under cold stress. The digital gene expression profiling (DEG) differences of cold-tolerant line IL732 and recurrent parent Ganxiang B at both normal temperature and low temperature were analyzed, and 22 genes Which could specifically respond to cold stress in IL732 were screened out, including several genes encoding carbohydrate metabolism enzymes. The specific expression of these enzymatic genes showed the cold-tolerant mechanisms of Dongxiang wild rice might be related to the unique energy metabolism or carbohydrate metabolism process in Dongxiang wild rice.
