摘要
利用经济发展子系统和基本公共服务两个子系统建立二者协调度评价体系,并利用耦合协调度模型,对山东省17地市2004年与2013年2个时间截面的经济发展与基本公共服务的协调关系、空间格局进行研究.研究发现:1全省经济在持续稳定增长态势下,城市间经济差距呈扩大趋势,自东向西形成明显梯度格局.2基本公共服务水平大幅提高,城市间差距亦呈扩大趋势,但差异小于经济发展的地市间差异;空间上呈自东北向西南差异递减、"双核"结构仍在强化的特征.3经济发展与基本公共服务协调度上升,但协调度空间格局与经济发展水平、基本公共服务水平空间分布表现出不同的空间耦合特征,协调度从高到低依次为半岛地区、鲁中地区、鲁西北地区、鲁南地区.
By constructing the index system consist of economic development and basic public services and using the coupling coordination degree evaluation model,this paper analyses the coordination relationship between economic development and basic public services and researches its spatial-temporal pattern in Shandong Province in 2004 and 2013.We find that：（1）The overall economic development level is on the rise,but the traditional economic pattern has not changed.The economic gap among cities appears expanding trend.The spatial pattern shows that the level of central area is high,but the area on both side is low.From east to west,the pattern shows obvious gradient pattern.（2）The level of basic public services increased sharply,but the gaps among cities shows a widening trend.The intercity differences of basic public services is less than the economic differences.The spatial pattern gradually formed around the ＂dual core＂structure of Jinan and Qingdao,presented the pattern of diminishing from northeast to southwest.The difference between coastal and inland showed a shrinking trend.（3）The coordination between economic development and basic public services is on the rise.The difference among cities shows the expanding trend.The spatial pattern of coordination degree is different from the economic development and basic public services show a different spatial coupling characteristic.Along with the evolution of times,the spatial pattern presents a typical structural dimension.Compared with four areas in the province,the peninsula is the highest degree,followed by Luzhong area and Lu xibei area,the coordination degree in Shandong southern area is the lowest.
