摘要
目的对医院门诊输液室的流程进行梳理、分析,有效合理安排医护人员及患者的功能需求,同时解决患者和医护人员的情感体验需求。方法通过对医院门诊输液室进行实地考察与深入调研、分析,利用服务与体验设计分别从输液流程、交互方式、情感方面进行分析和研究。结论重新梳理医院门诊输液室工作流程,利用当前互联网和传感器技术,对输液室的软硬件进行改良性设计。建立智能输液监控系统,可以减少患者的担忧和顾虑,同时也可减少医护人员的工作强度。从心理和情感需求上缓解医患之间的紧张关系。
It aims to sort out and analyze the process of hospital outpatient transfusion room, effectively arrange the functional requirements of medical personnel and patients, solve the emotional needs of patients and medical personnel. Through field investigation and analysis, the use of service and experience design is analyzed and studied in the process of transfusion, interaction and emotion. By re-combing the hospital outpatient transfusion room work process, using the current internet technology, the hardware device to change the transfusion room design, can reduce the patient's concerns and concerns, but also to reduce the work intensity of health care workers, ease the tension between doctors and patients from the needs of heart and emotion.
